Supports multi-level drill-down from building to floor to room to individual asset.

Asset Identification
Asset Tagging — Serial, Barcode & RFID

Three tagging methods supported out of the box. Serial numbering for simple internal labelling with no external hardware. Barcode scanning via USB barcode reader for fast asset check-in/check-out and work order transactions. RFID technology for high-volume environments where hands-free identification is required. All methods feed into the same asset record.

Data Continuity
Automated Hierarchical Backup

Daily backup at 12:01am covering all assets, work orders, purchase records, preventive maintenance schedules, employee records and toolkit data. Seven daily backups compile into one weekly archive. Four weekly archives compile into one monthly archive — giving 12 monthly snapshots per year, each containing full daily granularity. No manual backup process required.
